  • This was an ongoing project involving the removal of lead shot from inter-tidal sediments in accordance with CTDEP Order No. WC 4122 (Order) and various state and local permits.
  • I drafted the Small-Scale Remediation Work Plan for the project, worked with the CAD department to create beach elevation survey maps to demonstrate locations where movement of sand has been occurring in the inter-tidal zone of the beach, prepared the OLISP General Permit for Coastal Remedial Activities Required by Order, and communicated with regulators (e.g., CTDEP, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, local authorities) to ensure compliance with all permits.
