Emergency Medicine attending with extensive experience practicing in an ultra–high acuity, high-volume urban Emergency Department, including a STEMI center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and the busiest ACS-accredited Level I trauma center in New York City. I have significant experience managing high patient volumes, frequent critical care resuscitations, and complex medical and trauma cases in a fast-paced environment. I have also worked as an Assistant Director in the Emergency Department for the past several years, overseeing 51 attending physicians, 24 physician assistants, and rotating residents while helping lead ED operations, throughput improvement, and multidisciplinary systems development. During this time, the department achieved multiple major designations including Primary Heart Attack Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, PACED accreditation, Silver Level ACEP Geriatrics accreditation, and multiple successful ACS trauma surveys. The hospital improved from a Top 250 to Top 100 national ranking by Healthgrades. I am a reliable, high-throughput clinician known for strong relationships with nursing and staff, consistent 95th percentile performance on departmental metrics, strong documentation habits, and maintaining clinical currency through 3–5 hours of CME weekly. I enjoy teaching and am open to formal education opportunities, as well as future administrative or operational leadership roles. I am relocating to Florida to be closer to family following the birth of my son and am looking to establish long-term roots in the region.
