In my certification as a trained bookkeeper, Quickbooks train us in details on all the expectations of a bookkeeper using the software Quickbooks. We are trained on the Quickbooks packages, how set up your client chart of accounts, connect their bank accounts, credit cards and all other source of income to Quickbooks, categorize their transactions, create invoices, estimate, receipts, etc, pay bills, bank reconciliation with Quickbooks ledger account and deliver financial reports. Based on the generated data from the financial statements, give advisory tips to clients on efficiency, consistency and best way to invest the clients resources, seamlessly manage their business and watch it grow exponentially.

In quickbooks banking level one, the training delved in details on all the best ways to have a smooth flow of transactions from all the sources the business manages its funds like bank accounts, credit cards, PayPal, Venom etc are connected to the Quickbooks software. This payroll software is mostly used in management of payroll in details for companies. It is pertinent to note that it is not a quickbooks software. It is more widely used outside USA. It is used to calculate wages, payment of wages, calculating of taxes, remitting of tax deductibles to designated authorities and paying them into the bank accounts.
