Summary

Applied at Culvers and started working at age 14. With in a year and a half, I became a trainer, which entailed training employees both old and new. I graduated school early and that allowed me to focus on being able to grow in my management skills. I opened and closed Culvers. I then became manager running both morning and evening shifts. I started ordering inventory at age 15 and once I became manager I got more responsibility's around those tasks. Then I applied at Bremer Bank and was hired as a bank teller to grow my work experience into a broader expertise. Within 3 months I started training newer employees while also updating branch documents that needed to be up to date. Six month after starting, I was trained on how to open accounts, fix client documents, and other tasks regarding customers. Now I am currently employed as a bank teller however I'd like to broaden my focus on position with more growth potential.
