- Head coach for basketball for a middle school of 1400 students.
- Ran the whole program, Had 140 students tryout out for the program. 4 teams with 48 total players.
- Went 18-2 this year with the 8th grade group winning the first Conference Championship since 2004.
- 3 years of being head White Middle School Girls Head Softball Coach. playing a varsity schedule at 6A level. Went 14-6 This Past Year.
- Assigned work to staff, set schedules, and motivated strong performance in key areas.
