Noah Schweighardt

As a dedicated member of Direct Supply's Procurement Division, I leverage my expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Excel to drive impactful decision-making. In Power BI, I craft insightful data visualizations that empower our consultants to effectively manage client spend. Additionally, I develop comprehensive and informative Excel spreadsheets that provide our consultants with the necessary tools to guide and instruct their clientele.

In May 2021, I joined Menards in the Receiving Department, where I was responsible for unloading trucks and breaking down freight. By October 2022, I transitioned to the Online Order Pickup Department, where I efficiently pulled items from the store that were purchased online. Throughout my time at Menards, I was honored multiple times as Team Member of the Week, recognized for my integrity and positive impact on the company. My experience at Menards enabled me to develop great problem-solving skills.

In May 2023, I joined Holcim, where I operated haul trucks, bulldozers, loaders, and excavators. My responsibilities included loading and unloading trucks with construction materials such as gravel, sand, and asphalt using this heavy machinery. I adhered to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries while operating the machinery. Additionally, I meticulously filled out paperwork daily to ensure accurate aggregate counts and to keep sales on track. During my time at Holcim, I honed my teamwork skills and contributed to driving sales for the aggregate company.

In 2019, I joined Culver’s as a Crew Member. My role encompassed various responsibilities, including running the drive-thru, delivering orders, managing the ice cream area, and prepping meals. Working in a fast-paced environment at Culver's honed my ability to thrive under a fast-paced environment and significantly enhanced my teamwork skills.
