Noah Tapp

Through my years of experience with Strata/Knife River I feel as though I've learned and grown at a rapid pace. I'm not naturally gifted but rather through making mistakes and learning from them and having a great group of people to learn from. Since arriving with Strata I've made it a priority to learn all aspects of construction from my experienced coworkers to improve my knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the jobsite. I hope to continue to learn and grow in all aspects of construction to truly be a major aspect to our company.
