For the last two years I have owned a partnership LLC. in which we buried fiber optic cable and other underground utilities for our clients across the Midwest. During that time I was responsible for keeping books, invoicing, safety compliance, advertising, and running two separate underground crews throughout Nebraska and Kansas. Prior to starting my own company I worked in the pipeline industry for a few different companies.
I hired on with NPS in the fall of 2019, and worked for them for three years as an equipment operator. I ran trackhoe, backhoe, dozer, side boom, motor grader, mini excavator, front end loader. I was responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment. During that time I dug tie-ins, ditch, anomalies, dug around and underneath live gas and crude oil lines, cut ROW, ROW cleanup, lowered in pipe via excavator and side boom, backfilled ditch and bell holes, loaded and unloaded pipe. Pitched skids, coated pipe, weld helped, and other miscellaneous tasks.
I hired on with Buckley farms fall of 2012. I worked for them as a ranch/farm hand. During that time I did a vast assortment of task including: Run farm equipment, drive tractor trailer, weld, maintained equipment, roped cattle, doctored cattle, calved cattle, fed cattle, maintained fence.
During my time with EEV, I worked in the Gulf of Mexico on oil drilling platforms. I wasn't there long due to the crash of oil, however I was successful at my position. I was responsible for filling out drilling reports, organizing shipping manifests, equipment rentals, personnel reports, rig safety compliance reports, presenting balance sheets, documenting weather reports, and keeping an organized work space.
