The industry is part of a complex supply chain effecting a broad range of businesses beyond coffee shops, including retail stores, grocers, family farms, shipping companies, roasters, and the end coffee consumer. Ootopia has not began to reach out to stores, grocers and are currently limiting to consumers. I know that I can expand this business by 14% the first year with my experience in this industry. I project sales to increase within year by 20%. Ootopia currently sells 6,500 lbs of coffee a month. Projection shows that Ootopia can increase sales upwards to 10,000 lbs a month in the next two years. The commodity is also a key indicator of discretionary consumer spend globally. Ootopia has partnered up with - to create a white and dark chocolate powder that flavors espresso drinks called Hurricane. The chocolate and other flavoring powders are ideal as a finishing touch on frozen and hot coffee drinks and are desired by customers.
