I collect minimum payments for credit cards for Credit One Bank. I schedule payments and use debit cards/checking accounts to submit payments for the customer. Managed approximately 60 incoming and outgoing calls.

• The first year and a half, I answered calls from customers who needed help with their freeze dryer machine with basic troubleshooting and questions
• After, I became a technician helping customers troubleshoot through video calls and resolving the issue.

• I was working for Wells Fargo as an Escalated Complaint Specialist
• I worked on complaints submitted by customers, resolving their complaints with the bank.

• I worked in the credit card department, taking inbound calls from customer’s requesting to apply over the phone for a credit card
• I would submit applications and give customers their decision.

• I worked in the loans department, taking inbound calls from customer’s requesting to apply for auto and personal loans
• I helped customers with the application process, as well as servicing existing loans
• I would take payments and closing their loans when requested.
