As a Qur’an teacher and classroom assistant, I worked closely with students of all ages to help them learn how to read, recite, and memorize the Qur’an. I supported lead teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment, and often worked one on one with students to help them stay on track and build confidence in their learning.

What I did:

• Taught proper Qur’an recitation (Tajweed) and helped students memorize verses at their own pace.
• Assisted with lesson planning, classroom activities, and managing student behavior.
• Provided extra help to students who needed individual attention.
• Communicated regularly with parents about student progress and class updates.
• Helped organize special events like competitions, holiday programs, and parent nights.

What I gained:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience and adaptability, especially when working with younger children
• Experience creating a supportive and respectful classroom environment
• A deeper understanding of how to teach and connect with students from different backgrounds
