Oversaw cleaning, feeding, and food preparation for a diverse range of exotic animals, including tigers, servals, and foxes. Managed training sessions while adapting to shifts in animal behavior in a safe and efficient manner. Assisted and ran day-to-day operations while providing public education on conservation of both native and non-native species.

Lead animal care aspects of research for over 70 pacific chorus frogs while simultaneously running a Dubia cockroach colony and managing pinhead cricket orders. Conducted research experiments on climate impacts on freshwater organisms such as pacific chorus frogs and long-toed salamanders. Assisted in designing and executing experiments on species interactions, as well as writing protocols and procedures. Conducted literature reviews to support research projects and enhance understanding of relevant academic fields.

Conducted behavioral research on captive chimpanzees in wild-space enclosures to observe differences in aggression and submission behaviors in females with and without dependent offspring. Built enrichment and participated in feeding and enclosure cleaning as a backup to lead keepers.
