As a counter agent for an airline, I was in charge of making sure that the check-in counter was in place before the registrations opened, I made sure that the desks we occupied worked, I made sure that the majority of colleagues were there before the opening. Right after the announcement of the opening of the desks, we could start the check-in of passengers by verifying their identities, weighing their luggage and giving them their boarding passes.

• After checking in almost all the passengers, I left with some colleagues in the departure lounge, waited for the scheduled time and launched boarding.
• After that everything flight I needed to do my report to the airport company, the one who is in charge of everything fights in the airport.

• Performed pre-flight checks on the aircraft's interior components such as exit doors and lavatories.
• Greeted passengers, answered questions, and directed them to their seats.
• Demonstrated safety equipment and procedures to meet FAA guidelines.
