Oversaw the daily operations of 7 different shows across 9 retail stores as well as project managed sponsored events. Maintained budgets, supplies, and coached teams on best practices for positive cast, client, and customer experience. Duties included production coordination, casting, directing, sewing, painting, and prop creation.

Oversaw all programming, schedules, and celebrations across 9 stores. Held weekly meetings with store Programming Managers and Stage Managers to support each team across the country in their unique efforts in creating magical experiences for all customers, casts and counselors.
