  • Inventory Management- Established sku assortment per account, monitored stock to minimize inventory liabilities on overstock/slow sellers/aged goods. Strategic inventory allocation for all accounts on a monthly basis to maximize shelf space ROI, determined line mix per account, new product display penetration, implemented phase-in and phase-out guidelines for slow movers.
