• Familiar with the process of opening the tower in the morning/shutting it down at night

• Managed tower patterns for diverse aircraft, including heavies, student pilots, military, and commercial, ensuring safe and efficient operations
• IFR clearance delivery, coordinating with TMU for release times
• Taxiing aircraft, prioritizing efficiency

Certified Approach Controller

• Use speeds, altitudes and headings to ensure proper separation
• Coordinate with adjacent facilities to verify operations can be accomplished safely and efficiently
• Coordinated with relevant facilities during and after numerous emergencies, facilitating effective response and recovery efforts

• Facilitated skill enhancement training for Air Traffic Controllers at ZBW.
