
I started work at 15 washing dishes in a diner, at 16 I bussed tables as well as ran food, hosted guests, assisted bartenders and servers in the chaotic rushes. I did this all at the Mediterranean cruise cafe in Burnsville, Minnesota. at 20 years old I started serving tables, gaining more experience in key elements of hospitality and exceling in customer service, multi-tasking, problem solving.
at 18 years old I was one of the first to start working for a company that is a part of the Mediterranean cruise called Baba's food company LLC also known as Baba's Hummus. My role in this small company was distribution, deliver product to customers in the twin cities area. I grew into my position in distribution as the company found success and grew. In my time at Baba's I was a key role player in the day to day operations of the company. I gained much knowledge and experience in logistics, distribution of produce, food safety regulations, DOT compliance and standards, aswell as managing 2 delivery drivers for the company.
