• At the start of my time with Cady, I worked as a photographer, taking photos for school events, graduations and elite private photography for high school seniors. I am currently an Experience Ambassador, where I focus on the the overall flow and management of the studio and the client’s experience. I do administrative work, filing student’s information, gathering metrics like sales and reviews throughout the day and quality checking photos before and after production. I also use my natural upselling skills to sale elite photo packages to parents for commission.

While at swan space, I specialized in customer hospitality and cultivating a positive work culture for our team that allowed us to grow through each interaction we experienced with our customer family. My tasks included, Opening the store on time and setting up our signature vibes that our customers came to know and love. Steaming and tagging new arrivals, Reworking displays and mannequins that abide by our store's aesthetics, Assisted in finding the right looks for our clients desires and of course, ringing them up and closing transactions in the warmest way possible. All in all, it was always a professional party that made even those farthest away from us, return again just to say "we missed you".

• While at Lucky & Lady, I was responsible for cleaning almost 80 suites, ensuring every dog or cat was fed, safe, healthy and happy. I was also a Lead Groomer, so I oversaw the bathing schedule and the quality of each groom during my shifts. Like my last position, I had to foster relationships with the pet owners and their pets to ensure I could caretake at the best of my abilities and could build trust and re

• As a Retail Associate at Lush, I had to use upselling tactics and have in-depth product knowledge to guide any customer to the right product for them. Due to the nature of the job, I had to use my interpersonal skills to build relationships with each customer so they could trust me for product recommendations.

• During my time as a Barista, I had to learn how to work quickly on my feet and rely on communication skills to be able to work accurately and efficiently. I had to maintain facility appearance and cleanliness per health and safety standards and learn basic food safety. And given the customization factor of the job, I had to be personable and flexible to customers needs all day, every day. I was also responsible for training new employees on proper standards.

• As a Kennel Assistant, I was responsible for watching over the dogs in the common play area as well as feeding, grooming and medicating animals per each owner’s guidelines. I would have to remain attentive for any signs of a dog being unwell, fights or other bad/unsafe behavior; and maintaining open, honest communication with the pet parent’s so they could trust me with their beloved pets day to day.
