  • Final Position with company was a Shift Supervisor . In this role, I worked with other leads to institute customer facing policy changes and improved our weekly Net Promoter reviews from 3% positive to 75% in just two weeks. This helped our store meet metrics set by the company and created new standard operating procedures to provide a world-class customer experience.


  • Because of staffing fluctuations over several years, I took on new positions including truck lead, display setup and maintenance, sales floor associate, shipping and receiving specialist, and asset protection. I did this job switching at the request of my leaders to best help the store function smoothly and efficiently for many years.


  • Years of my time doing Display setup and maintenance included: Following images and diagrams as a specification guide, using basic hand tools for temporary assembly, diagnosing/troubleshooting and fixing failing displays, and updating digital content and display parts by using computer systems.

  • Worked in a fast paced airfield environment with a large variety of required PPE to protect me from various hazardous including ear damage, intense cold weather conditions, and numerous physically dangerous elements.


  • Being on the airfield had many similarities to working in a clean room setting beyond PPE and high hazard risk. It required constant high attention to detail to ensure a safe operation. Everything from clearing Foreign Object Debris to prevent blowback to ensuring others were following proper PPE protocol and following all SOP's to the letter.


  • Similarly to working in an Fabrication Plant, 99% of all activities were done with at least one other individual; often in team settings. This included elements of choreographing and guiding individuals operating heavy machinery so they wouldn't cause harm or damage. This almost always happened in environments that required nonverbal forms of communication.
