I'm an undergraduate student at Rutgers University, majoring in Human Resources, with a passion for creating positive, inclusive, and productive workplaces. My studies have provided a solid foundation in HR principles, including recruitment, performance management, labor relations, and HR law. I am particularly interested in how data-driven HR practices can improve decision-making and employee satisfaction. Although I’m early in my career, I am eager to gain hands-on experience through internships or volunteer opportunities.
