• Demonstrate the use of retail equipment, such as operation of espresso machine, grinder, etc.
• opening and closing of the stand
• counting tills/opening and closing of registers.
• supplying and stocking inventory for following shifts, preparing/cleaning area.
• creating drinks on or off the menu with precision and speeds.

Caterer/Server

• Set up and reset dining room tables with linens, silverware, dishes, condiments, and other items.
• Carried and served trays of dishes from the kitchen to the dining area.
• Bussed and cleaned used dishes off of tables when guests had finished meals.
• Hosting and ensure that each guest's experience was pleasant by providing prompt service when needed.

Server/Hostess
