• Assist with many administrative duties.

• Assisted students at Everett Elementary with schoolwork and tutoring and obtained CPR/ AED certification as well as Child Care certifications through LPS.
  
• Created lesson plans and reteaching concepts when students fell behind, facilitated activities, and led small groups. Also provided one-on-one support for students with special needs and provided progress reports to teachers as well as parents.
  
• Outside of educational resources, I also helped students navigate conflict resolution, informed parents of student progress and facilitated action plans to address behavioral challenges as needed.
  

• Managing medications, monitoring health concerns, and responding to any medical emergencies.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest treatments and regulations.
• Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and compliant with the facility's policies and procedures.
• Evaluate new residents and create individualized care plans for each individual, and
• Work with the other members of the healthcare team to ensure that each patient is getting the best care possible.
