Serves as an instructor in the Metropolitan Peace Academy.
Provide technical assistance to street outreach workers in the field.
Advise outreach workers on violence intervention and reduction strategies, and use of data to identify hot spots and highest risk individuals.
Co-facilitate periodic case review meetings with outreach teams and be available for one-on-one consultation to ensure effective use of best practices within the field of street outreach.
Actively participate in forums, meetings and strategy session with community members and key stakeholders.
Participate in cross agency planning, development and communication activities as needed.
Ensure adherence to program goals and policies within the project area.
Works with data and evaluation team as well as research partners to manage process of selecting metrics, key performance indicators, data collection and tracking mechanisms.
