As a hostess at Spago Maui, I am responsible for providing superior customer service to our guests. My duties include answering calls, managing reservations through Seven Rooms and Open Table, and ensuring all guests needs are met. I am well versed in Triple Seat, which is used for reservation requests. Other responsibilities include managing to-go and cake orders, and fulfilling special requests such as allergies, dietary preferences, or special occasions. My time at Spago Maui has equipped me with the skills to handle high-volume attendance, restaurant buyouts, and catering to high-profile guests.
