Summary

I am currently a Mechanic Technician for Enterprise Products in the Midland Basin region. My duties are to direct the mechanic team accordingly to complete all scheduled & unscheduled work. I work closely with the mechanic supervisor and planners to schedule all maintenance work on the job calendar. I assist on training a new hires and oversee their progress based on work performance. I assist the materials group on maintaining proper inventory of of all critical spare items. My goals are to ensure that daily operations are carried out safely to ensure less downtime and build a strong mechanic team in the process.

  • I started at Navitas Midstream in September of 2018 as a plant mechanic and assisted in plant commissioning of all rotating equipment.
  • I have lead a team of 10 mechanics since 2019, delegated duties, assigned tasks and monitored performance.
  • Coordinated daily tasks with the Mechanic Supervisor, Operations supervisors "plant & field" & Planners.
