• The Senior Footwear Developer will primarily be responsible for driving the "USA consumer-driven" Leather Footwear product creation process and timeline to ensure all design, development, and production timelines of new products are met. Specifically, they will be responsible for converting the product opportunities, designs/ideas to commercially viable products. This includes managing all technical specifications, material, and vendor communication related to, mold/tool creation, product confirmation process, and product costing.

Key responsibilities:

Create safety footwear lines for the national market and export technical modeling and shoe design.

Technical monitoring of the product in the production process

Provide the Marketing team with technical information about the product.

Provide information for research and development.

Provide information for pricing and product engineering.
