As an educator, I mainly had my own TK-K class and I additionally started to help at the end of last school year as a floater during summer camp. I’m mainly helped as a floater and this is where I accumulated good experience from my fellow program managers as they assisted in my growth by giving me good guidance/coaching. At the start of this year, I have already taken the responsibilities of the program manager I first started at Alexandra Rose and then transition to Robert Randall Elementary school starting at the end of August-current day.
