• Identifying and suggesting process improvements while Following all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Working effectively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times and special events.
• Addressing and resolving guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to Cash Coordinators or Managers when necessary.
