I work here as a Host, To-go server, and a busser. My duties are keeping the restaurant clean, stocking the server isle, taking phone orders and takeout, seating guests and brining them water as they arrive.

Tasked with keeping the restaurant clean and wiping down tables, making sure they were ready for the next table being seated. Bringing dishes to to dish-pit and keeping the server isles stocked.

I was hired on as a To-go specialist but transitioned to back of house 3 months later. I was mainly a line and grill cook but also helped out where it was needed. I have experience running a catering system, working as a prep cook, working as a dishwasher , and working as a busser. Worked full time during school, including the holidays. Put in a 80 hour work week.

As a courtesy clerk, I was tasked with helping cashiers bag groceries, help customers to their vehicle's if needed, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment, and retrieving carts from the parking lot.
