• Within the first couple months I was moved from being a regular loader to sweeper which is a irregular package handler (anything 70lbs+, oddly shaped, or just really big) because I was really good at working with irregulars
• The rate that I worked with irregulars matched or sometimes faster than the regular package loading standard
• I did and help with my supervisors management work such a writing and sealing trailers, pull calling trailers, communicating with the drivers and was basically a third supervisor in my work area

• My first promotion came about a year of being a package handler
• I was the best outbound supervisor if not one of the best and I've successfully ran and out performed my co-workers for 2 peaks
• Ran a severely understaffed outbound finish the night and still make plan
• I had a great relationship with my drivers because I closed my doors on time
• Was still able to preform and out load my loaders
• Trained numerous outbound supervisors

• After almost 2 years on the floor I was Moved to the control room for 3.5-4 years and learned all the positions in control
• SIM-You're in control of the unload and keeping track of what's coming in, what's going to miss, and parking the unload

ASX- Which was the automated sorter control and you build the destination if trailers, controlling the trailer splits, and parking the outbound

HMI-You are keeping track off all the cameras and jams calling them out to others so they can break them and mainly there to keep the building alive when it gets hot

• A couple months in Control and I got promoted to the Control Room Specialist which entails me being the primary simulator, coming in early and getting volume planned on excel everyday for the all the full time supervisors and managers so they could use for their meeting to plan the night
• I also trained numerous people within the control for SIM and ASX
