• Transports freight, pulls merchandise, replaces freight, fills daily orders, and controls freight flow when operating moving equipment in a safe and correct manner

• Monitors contractors SLAs and making sure that all the terms and conditions in the contract are been implemented
• Ensure compliance with Health, safety, security and environmental policies regulations
• Maintain contact with vendors/contractors for requisition of supplies and material, keeping accurate inventories and making sure that all spares' parts are always available by ordering their procurements when needed
• Responsible for clean work environment and effective waste management
• Supervises facilities maintenance technicians and other outsource staff
• Carries out maintenance projects that improve efficiency and reduces operating cost
• Assist in hiring of facility maintenance technicians
• Prepares report, analyze data and make recommendations
• Initiates required training for maintenance personnel, equipped and motivate them so that the maintenance programs can be accomplished in safe, timely and cost effective manner
• Monitor and supervises constant servicing of all equipments
• Liaise with appropriate internal and external agency in ensuring that the security of lives and properties of LCC staff are safe
• Plan and adherence to the scheduled preventive and routine maintenance for all vehicles
• Plan shift and rooster for technicians in the department.

⦁ Carry out daily routine facility checks, not limited to sewage, water, and power plants
⦁ Carry out preventive maintenance programme
⦁ Ensure that HSE standard are fully adhered to in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
⦁ Read and interpret electric circuit diagrams, manuals and reports
⦁ Functioning as the facilities liaison for the Toll Plaza and assisting with the scheduling of routine and preventative maintenance of equipment and systems
⦁ Assist with operational, maintenance, and testing procedures for electronic, mechanical and plumbing components, equipment and systems.
⦁ Maintain a stock of basic repair equipment including spares of Toll Plaza consumables
⦁ Record all usage of spares, materials and equipment.
⦁ Assist with recording and maintaining maintenance records and logs for analysis
⦁ Prepare and analyze both WMR and MMR (Weekly and Monthly Maintenance Report)
⦁ Ensure clean work environment and effective waste management
⦁ Supervises maintenance staff and other outsource staff hired for cleaning and maintenance jobs.
⦁ Ensure that maintenance personnel are adequately trained, equipped and motivated so that maintenance programs can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.

⦁ Promotes and monitors Facilities Management Service (FMS) helpdesk
