As a director at our family-owned soap factory in Ilesa, Osun State, Nigeria. I have gained extensive experience in both managing the day-to-day operations and contributing to the long-term strategic growth of the business. My role involves overseeing the entire production process, ensuring product quality, and managing the workforce, which includes supervising production staff and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. One of my key responsibilities includes managing the supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to ensuring timely delivery of finished products to our clients. I also work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote our products and expand the brand's presence in local markets and beyond. With my deep understanding of the soap manufacturing process, I help maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that we deliver a consistent and reliable product to our customers. Despite my experience in production management, I am also aware of my limitations in terms of computer literacy. I am working on improving my digital skills, as I understand the importance of technology in streamlining business operations and staying competitive. Although I currently rely on my team for tasks involving digital tools such as accounting software, inventory management, and communication platforms, I am committed to improving my proficiency in these areas. Throughout my tenure at the soap factory, I have been focused on driving efficiency, product innovation, and maintaining a strong relationship with our suppliers and customers. I am proud to be part of a family business that has provided quality soap products to the community for years, and I am eager to continue learning

• Contributed to new plant startup and implementation of processes for manufacturing, shipping and receiving and inventory management.
• Ensured all factory operations were conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
