  • Market research consists of: liaising with realtors to research market comparables (“comps”); performing industry and financial analysis of real estate pricing; forecasting real estate value for post-construction sale; and more.
  • Organize and lead events for marketing purposes that revolve around the specific real estate project to attract investors/buyers.
  • Develop and manage budget and pricing analysis activities to support project scope development and execution. This includes the technical, complex, and specialized work of pricing all of the materials and labor costs needed for large-scale construction projects and negotiating with vendors.
  • Manage relationships and communications with institutional investors, including preparation of status reports on ongoing projects, along with financial and profitability analyses; preparation of cash flow statements; and preparation of marketing presentations in connection with new real estate investment opportunities, including the underlying analyses.
