Deciding the disposition of all issues related to a $200 million budget for Racine County.

• Serving as board member for the Racine County Land and Water Conservation Committee
• Serving as board member of the Economic Development and Land Use Planning Committee
• Participate and various public hearings and study groups.

Restaurant and Food truck

• Oversee end-to-end business processes to maintain proficiency and profitability in commercial kitchen and mobile unit (food truck).
• Serve as primary point-of-contact with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor staff performance, providing final-say assessment over inquiries.
• Serve as principal stakeholder over business's complete operations including hiring, training, scheduling , marketing, cooking, customer service and resolving issues within operation.
