Mr. Marth has combined his experience from construction, project engineer, facilities director and consultant for over three decades in both mechanical and electrical trades into a unique design perspective to benefit institutional, industrial and pharmaceutical clients for both new and renovation projects.
As a project engineer he designed sanitary, potable water, fuel gas, medical gas, compressed gas, DI water, fire protection, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, LAN/WAN, Data Center, security, and control systems for primarily institutional, industrial and pharmaceutical clients.
As a facilities director for a public school district, he managed the operational budget, maintenance and custodial staff, and was the district liaison for capital projects, exceeding $35 million in new construction and renovation during his tenure.
As a consultant, Mr. Marth has been involved in well over $500 million in new construction. He has diverse mechanical and electrical engineering experience in industrial, commercial, institutional, and pharmaceutical facilities design. He provides the ability to coordinate different disciplines for an integrated project.
