My Responsibilities as a Intern was treating seed, Driving seed tender truck and Delivering chemical in the spring. During the growing season I scouted Spring wheat, soybeans, oats, barley, sunflowers, canola and corn in all stages of growth. This Job required lots of long hours, independent problem solving and remembering lots of information about crops.

• Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.
• Got to experience the sales, parts and service departments while attending this program.
• Had numerous face to face interactions with customers.

• Operated and maintained farm machinery to ensure efficient fieldwork and crop management. Learned and experienced every part of the growing and winter season on the farm.
