Took orders and also made them within a fast paced environment. I helped customers resolve any order issues but also engage with them about their days and their order and ensuring they are happy when they leave. I performed cashier, stocking, cleaning, and food safety jobs.

I performed cashier duties, handling store merchandise, and assisting customers with picking and handling items. I also helped customers get cards to get deals within our branch of stores and ensured they had a pleasant experience and did not feel pressured through the credit application processes.

I handled in person and online communication with customers dealing with orders, questions, and concerns. I assisted with inventory, book shelving, and overall organization and cleanliness of the store. I also worked in the back where we processed and packaged student book orders to ship.

I managed a full team of employees ensuring they stayed on task, competed cleaning/stocking duties, and assisted customers in the best ways they can. Food safety standards and cleaning standards were enforced daily ensuring customers have a pleasant experience.

Provided customer support at checkout, ensuring a positive customer interaction and accuracy with counting money. I also assisted in stocking the store shelves and back room organization to ensure the business ran smoothly and organized. This job helped me develop strong communication and multitasking skills.
