As a Sales Associate at Kimberly Jewelry, I provided exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection, offering personalized recommendations, and educating them on the features and care of jewelry. I efficiently processed sales transactions, handled cash and credit payments, and maintained an organized and visually appealing display of merchandise. Additionally, I supported inventory management, helped execute store promotions, and built strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

This job consisted of two roles. The main part of the job contributed to being in charge of the Snack Shack at the Shaw JCC pool. Some of my responsibilities were customer service, order preparation, cash handling, cleaning and organization, as well as health and safety. The second part of my job consisted in helping the same employer with catering services. This job required event preparation, serving, logistics support, clean up, and customer interaction.

As a Cashier at Dairy Queen, I would be the first point of contact for customers, and be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing transactions, handling cash and card payments, and ensuring the front-of-house area is clean and organized. My role is essential in delivering a friendly and efficient experience for all customers.
