Ive Been working from the age of 18 And I could say I enjoy it with a passion, working to me gives me a form of independence's , maturity , and most importantly motivation to go out in the real world and work. Between all my jobs I enjoy each one becoming a supervisor to me was one of the best things that could happen to me, Being able to work well with my employees and making sure they are comfortable enough to speak to me if they have any trouble. Being able to connect with customers and give them the customer service they deserve. Ive Been working as a healthcare worker for over 2 years and I found my passion in this field of work it teach me to have alot of patients, love, care ,compassion, for each of my clients. Being able to wake up each morning ready and excited for my shrift each morning. My main goal in life was to always make sure helping and being there for others who are incapable just letting them know in life things may be difficult but you are never alone. Working with adults with disabilities can be very much challenging but if you have patients and love in your heart you will see how easy the job can be.
