When I got promoted to team trainer at gusto!, I had already trained almost the entire team! I always take on roles of higher responsibility when needed. I have gotten employee of the month and recognized in other ways like being asked to train a new team at a different location. I am a very loyal and hard worker as I have been at the same company for three years. I work very well with other people and believe team work and communication is key!
