  • Creates a mental health curriculum for families in crisis related to EMDR, ABA therapy, CBT therapy, emotional regulation, and behavioral therapies for youth in crisis, as well as learning development programs and crisis-oriented therapy.
  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resources as they relate to the needs of the program and staff development.
  • Manages the organization's recruitment, hiring, and interviewing of qualified candidates in the mental health field, and collaborates with managers and the board of directors to understand the skills and competencies needed for the team.
  • Supervise monthly groups, assist all mothers in crisis weekly, and attend court hearings for mothers in need of mental health and legal support.
  • Allocate mental health funds from Mamas Mental Health Fund at monthly board meetings
  • Planning annual mental Health Retreat event for all mothers to share their mental health testimonies in June annually
  • Olivia developed strong leadership characteristics in management, communication, and empathy, and offers immediate solutions for mothers in crisis with minimal community resources, positively impacting up to 1,000 mothers statewide.
