Provides, organizes, and facilitates classes and resources to New Hope West staff, congregation, and community.

These classes include;

• Mental health workshops for parents and teens
• Mental health workshops for staff in trauma informed care and signs of depression
• Parenting classes
• Medicare/Medicaid
• Estate Planning
• Financial stewardship
• First home buyers classes
• Volunteer training courses

Provides pastoral care to both church interns and individual members in congregation.

• Creates and cultivates a safe and warm living environment for all women students who live on campus.
• Mentors and leads Resident Assistants.
• Developed strong relationships with women residents through individual meetings and group events, fostering a sense of community within the dorms.
• Organize and facilitate dorm events to cultivate community within dorms.
• Evaluated programming effectiveness using feedback surveys and other assessment tools, making adjustments to better meet resident needs.
