TriQuint (now Qorvo) awarded me the highest recognition as being part of the core team that introduced a new technology and product line to the Costa Rica factory. The ne product line delivered the expected output, process efficiency and quality to the customers, and is still to this day being manufactured with outstanding results. This product line introduction presented significant challenges due to it requiring new equipment, new procedures and documentation, and pushed the component size limits of the time.
