Taking care of patients with chronic diseases, and those going to rehab or palliative care

I was mentored on our to recognize critical cases and how to take prompt steps in taking care and informing other care terms to take needed actions

I was taught out to build a communication skill with mentally sick people, how to organize engaging activities for them, and how to recognize and manage the when they have mania.

I was part of the term that did health assessment, organize activities like paint, gardening, and art works for these elderly people. We also had health talks

I took care of teenagers mostly. They could express themselves did their vital and assisted in their ADL

I was in the mother and baby section. I did not witness any live birth. I did post partum care like taking vitals, monitor BP, HR,RR, check lochia color, amount and odor.

I did vitals, assessment, ADL. I was taught how to assess and use the EMR and how take hand over notes

I did vital and assessment, ADL, bed bath, care of osteoma , ambulation and emotional support
