Assists regional staffs and Contracting Officers in utility forecasting for utility budget preparation. Recently worked with utility company to procure New Natural Gas contracts for 10 accounts/sites.
Contacts utility companies, Finance Division, and CSC personnel to identify utility billing discrepancies
and problems.
Work to negotiate & recoup monies erroneously paid to the utility companies.
Analyzes and determine the impact of the rate increases on the regional budget.
Generates and provide automated and manual reports on utility usage analysis at request.
Enhanced program efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing innovative strategies.
