My study was focused on developing III-nitride wide bandgap semiconductors, specifically BN, GaN, and AlN. Large-scale technical advancements, including solid-state lighting, UV/blue/green/white LEDs, UV/visible detectors, and high temperature/power transistors. My research-focused areas are epitaxial growth, micro- and nano-structure, and device fabrication.
I have experience with these growth methods and their machines ( Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) and Hydride vapor-phase epitaxy (HVPE).
For material characterization used to work on ( X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Atomic force microscopy (AFM), Near-field scanning optical microscopy (NSOM), Hall effect measurement, electrical conductivity measurement, fast and thermal neutron detection )
For Device fabrication, used to work on ( wire bonding machine, high-temperature annealing machine ,Laser lift-off machine , Large-scale e-beam evaporation )
