Co-Founder: Circle Legacy, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization bringing together close circles of leaders, focused on legacy, leadership, and prayer. The mission of the corporation: To equip close “circles” of leaders in mentorship, leadership development and discipleship. So that they can continue a legacy of Godly mentors and leaders in the next generation by passing on the gifts given to them. Using collaboration, relationships and faith to encourage mentor leaders and mentee development for every leader. innovative policies to improve organizational performance and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Started as a zoom call to connect coaches across the nation during Covid-19, and led to a group of 30-40 coaches and executives in the NBA and NCAA at all levels.
  • Manage a develop zoom calls, group text, legacy retreats and summits for 5+ circles of 30-40 coaches. Serving over 150 Coach in in the NBA, NCAA, Women's NCAA, Sports Performance, NCAA D2-D3.
  • Developed and implemented comprehensive programs to guide the "core" group to meet in a summit at the NBA Summer league in Las Vegas 2021, 2022..
  • Collaborated with 15+ other members to seek involvement in policy decisions, fundraising and visibility of organization.
  • Assisted with identifying and recruiting other board members, successfully recruiting 5 board members.

• Took over a team with NCAA violations, 2.6gpa, 30% grad rate, 3 and 4 conference wins prior. In less than two years, 6 out of 6 players graduate 100%; 3 semester GPA’s of 3.0; 3.1; 3.36. Eight Player’s on the Dean’s list, Including finishing the 2020 season with 4 straight conference wins, the most in five seasons.

• Beat Rival Kentucky Wesleyan first time in 5 seasons
• 7’2 C Stetson Transfer broke Trevecca Blocks Record 45, Named All-Defense team GMAC
• Introduced the 1st JV program as well as hired 1st fulltime Assistant Coach in school history for any sport
• Fundraising: Raised More fundraising Money in 1 year than previously raised combined in school history
• Over 70 different donors for the program in 1 season, more than total number combined in school history.

Co-Founded the Robinson-Mance Group, which serviced basketball leagues, camps, teams, training, and mentoring services to Chicago area, Serving over 900 kids in the north suburbs of Chicago. Developed relationships with AAU team, youth camps, mentorship and programming for ages 6-23.

Developed youth program from 10 to 1,000 youth in less than a year of opening.

• Conducted workouts for New Trier High School, Evanston Township, and Lake Forest High School varsity players and upcoming college players.

• Most successful Patriot League and overall regular season in 28 years
• Set a school record 8 wins in league & secured the 1st winning season in conference history.
• Won 5 straight games & 4 straight on the road. Set a record 2,027pts, the 6th best in history.
• The 1st winning season since 1984-85, while starting 4 freshman throughout conference play.


Won the coveted “Star Game” in three out of four seasons versus Navy, becoming the first team since the Mike Kryzewski era to win the Star Trophy in back to back seasons as a staff
• Developed three 1st Team All Patriot League performers in Ella Ellis, Tanner Plomb, and Kyle Wilson who was also Patriot League Rookie of the Year.

• All four scored over 1,000pts, 1-All-Time Assists, 1-All-Time Blocks, 2-Top 15 Scoring All-Time.
