Co-Founded the Robinson-Mance Group, which serviced basketball leagues, camps, teams, training, and mentoring services to Chicago area, Serving over 900 kids in the north suburbs of Chicago. Developed relationships with AAU team, youth camps, mentorship and programming for ages 6-23.
Developed youth program from 10 to 1,000 youth in less than a year of opening.

• Most successful Patriot League and overall regular season in 28 years
• Set a school record 8 wins in league & secured the 1st winning season in conference history.
• Won 5 straight games & 4 straight on the road. Set a record 2,027pts, the 6th best in history.
• The 1st winning season since 1984-85, while starting 4 freshman throughout conference play.
Won the coveted “Star Game” in three out of four seasons versus Navy, becoming the first team since the Mike Kryzewski era to win the Star Trophy in back to back seasons as a staff
• Developed three 1st Team All Patriot League performers in Ella Ellis, Tanner Plomb, and Kyle Wilson who was also Patriot League Rookie of the Year.
• Also recruited four freshman that were the best class in school history,
• All four scored over 1,000pts, 1-All-Time Assists, 1-All-Time Blocks, 2-Top 15 Scoring All-Time.
• Set a school record for most wins in a season and winning percentage in just two years
• In 1st season while matching that mark in under the helm with 16 wins
• Developed 2 All-State players and 7 All-Conference
• Earned a first ever #1 seed in the Chicago (St. Gregory) 1A Playoff Regional a
• Advanced to the Regional Championship game, the best finish in school history

Assisted in all areas of running a highly competitive DI basketball program in Conference USA.
• Academic Coordinating coach which assisted in a 98% graduation rate of seniors, one of the
highest on the country
• Recruiting Coordinator which assisted in the signing on the best academic class in five years with
all five prospective student-athletes finishing in high academic standing and college prep advanced
high school diplomas
• Helped recruit 1st HISD (Houston Public School) player to Rice University in 40 years,
