As a Technical eCommerce Manager, Omid has implemented and successfully launched diverse B2B and B2C eCommerce applications across multiple platforms. Notably, he played a pivotal role in launching and managing the implementation of the first and largest Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud project at Stanley Black & Decker for the North America region (sbd365.sbdinc.com/s/). This remarkable achievement earned Omid recognition from Salesforce as one of the early pioneers of successful Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud implementations.

· Oversees various eCommerce B2B and B2C implementations built on Salesforce B2B Commerce cloud, SFCC (Demandware), Hybris (SAP commerce cloud), Shopify and VTEX platforms such as sbd365.sbdinc.com/s/, blackanddecker.de, toolservicenet.com, mactools.com, 2helpU.com and stanleyengineeredfastening.com

· Develops a robust B2B eCommerce roadmap and strategy for Stanley Black & Decker

He conducted comprehensive analyses of business, functional, and technical requirements, consistently ensuring that projects met and exceeded expectations.

· Led the D2C Germany (blackanddecker.de) project implemented on SFCC(Demandware) integrated with Paypal, Cybersource, Refinitive, Reevoo, SAP, Salesforce OMS, Vertex(Tax), PIM(Riversand), and 4kites.

· Designed the payment workflows between SFCC, Cybersource and SAP ECC

· Designed end to end solution and led toolServiceNet.com (B2B and B2C) onto SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud integrated with SAP ECC, Paymetric, PIM, UPS, Akamai

· Led and architected a B2C eCommerce website for Stanley healthcare “OkPria.com” built on Orckestra platform integrated with Zoura, Avalara(Tax), Affrim, 3PL and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

· Led and architected a headless B2B and B2C eCommerce applications for Stanley Security called “Magellan SME” integrating with Zoura, Salesforce CRM, and Drupal

· Led a highly technical team of architects, senior developers onshore and offshore across various eCommerce platforms including Hybris, SFCC, Shopify, Orckestra, .Net using different technologies
