Janiece Carpenter
Born and raised in Caldwell,ID and moved to Boise, ID in 2020 to be closer to my mom and sister. I have never lived anywhere besides Idaho and just this year in July my fiancé moved our family which includes myself, him, our puppy Ashe and our 2 kids back to his hometown in Menifee, CA. It was a big move for all of us but we have come in the first couple weeks to love it very much. Growing up starting at 11 I worked at my grandparents ScreenPrinting shop till I graduated high school then pursued Cosmetology School and 2 years into cutting hair at Great Clips, pursued Barber School and have been a barber ever since.

14 YearsWorked as a barber/cosmetologist for over 10 years, honing skills in diverse hair cutting techniques. My passion for hair started when I was just out of high school. When I was attending high school, I loved the idea of going into vet tech school. Then I realized the sad and unfortunate parts that come alongside that career and pursued cosmetology school instead right after high school. While attending, I got too many hair colors and not enough haircuts, which I wanted to explore more in after graduating and started working at Great Clips and cut hair for about 2 years before deciding to go to barber school because of the love for using my clippers and shears. After attending barber school I have just focused on barbering but hope to branch out on other skills.
