• Provide comprehensive care to high-acuity patients in a mixed medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurological CCU, including patients with shock, respiratory failure, and multisystem organ dysfunction.
• Manage advanced critical-care therapies and devices, including CRRT, IABP, pulmonary artery catheters, arterial lines, central lines, and FloTrac hemodynamic monitoring.
• Manage mechanically ventilated patients and titrate vasoactive, inotropic, and sedative infusions using clinical and invasive hemodynamic data.
• Care for complex cardiac and fresh postoperative open-heart patients, including CABG and valve replacement/repair, requiring advanced hemodynamic monitoring and intervention.
• Care for high-acuity neurological and surgical patients, including intracranial hemorrhage, EVDs, lumbar drains, and complex abdominal surgeries.
• Serve as a resource to the department as a preceptor to newer nurses and validator to my peers while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve the quality of life of the patients
